  • What is the difference between an Annual and Quarterly subscription?

    A Quarterly subscription renews each quarter for $79.99 which means you pay per box and are billed every 3 months.

    With an Annual Membership, you can prepay $299.99 for a full year of Casa Collective Home Décor Boxes which means you save $70 per year compared to the cost of 4 Quarterly boxes.

    Both subscriptions includes free shipping and notification of exclusive sales.

  • When will I be billed?

    Billing Month: Shipping Month:

    -November -January

    -February -April

    -May -July

    -August -October

    Quarterly Subscription:

    After your initial purchase, your credit card will be charged according to the above schedules. We will send you a minimum of two emails to notify you before we bill your payment method on file.

    * Keep in mind that if your initial purchase is just prior to the dates above, you may experience another charge prior to the 3-month cadence.

    Annual Subscription:

    You’ll be billed $249.99 plus tax (if applicable) for the year immediately upon purchase. Annual Subscriptions fall into the shipping cycle shown above however, you are billed on a yearly schedule.

    * Keep in mind that if your initial purchase falls in between seasons, you may receive a second box prior to the 3-month cadence.

  • Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

    Pausing Subscriptions:

    Currently we do not offer pausing subscriptions but are working on providing the feature soon!

    Cancellations:

    Subscription cancellations are available at any time by signing into your account. Please keep in mind that Cancellations/requests must be received by the 17th of the month before the next billing month to avoid receiving the box. Cancellation requests after the 17th will take effect for the following billing date.

    Annual subscriptions are prepaid orders for 4 boxes and are nonrefundable no matter when the cancellation request is received during the 4 box commitment. When you purchased the annual subscription, you got an initial discount of 20% for agreeing to get all four boxes.

    Canceling your subscription after renewal does not provide you a refund for any already-paid or shipped boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.  If you would like to request the cancellation of a pre-shipped order after billing has taken place, please contact us at info@casacollective.us. Please understand that if an exception is granted, a cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Although we intend to in the future, we currently do not ship internationally. If you’re interested in international shipping please subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed on upcoming news and changes!

  • What if I sign up in between boxes?

    If you sign up in-between two seasons, you will get the seasonal box that is currently shipping. You will see the season displayed when you choose which box to subscribe to as well as in your email confirmation.

    If the current seasons box is sold out, you will be automatically enrolled for next seasons box. You will receive that once shipping for that season has begun. Check out our shipping schedule if you have any questions.

    Please been aware that if you sign up towards the end of the season, you will be receiving your next seasons box shortly after.

  • My box/items arrived damaged. What do I do?

    We are SO sorry to hear you received a damaged item or box! We know nothing is more frustrating and are here to make it right!

    If you have recieved a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@casacollective.us within 24 hours of receiving your box. Please be sure to include item description and photos of the damaged/defective content(s) and we can get a replacement product piece out to you ASAP.

    If a replacement is not available, our customer service team can advise you on the options they have at their disposal to make things right!
